Digital finance experts, Transcard, approached Making Moves with the task of finding an office space in Mayfair for their first UK headquarters. Their primary focus was on entertaining clients, making a high-quality fit-out in a prime location essential for their brand. The key priorities were a premium location in the West End, a high-quality fit-out, and ample entertainment space.

After conducting a thorough search across the West End, we identified a best-in-class building in Mayfair that perfectly aligned with Transcard’s requirements. Making Moves Technical was then brought in to carry out a detailed building survey and project manage the fit-out of the space to ensure it met all the client’s needs.

At the heart of Transcard’s brief was a strong sense of community, aiming to create a space that would facilitate collaboration during the working day and events in the evening. Working closely with design & build company, Peldon Rose, we crafted an environment that included open-plan rooms, collaboration areas, a large kitchen, and an entertainment space complete with a bar to host both UK and US clients. The focus on quality was paramount, ensuring that every aspect, from lighting to furniture, matched the premium standard of the building.
