Innocean

• 6500 sqft • 65 people

International advertising agency, Innocean, had outgrown their London headquarters and needed a fresh new West End space to accommodate their rapidly expanding UK team. Their goals were an impressive reception to wow clients, collaborative work areas for employees, and a dedicated video editing suite for their creative team. Timing was critical, with their lease expiring as the building underwent redevelopment.

Priorities:

Innocean wanted to create a workspace to drive innovation and team collaboration. They secured 6,500 sqft in a perfect West End location but – as the previous tenant was a serviced office provider – a complete reconfiguration was required to suit Innocean’s needs. Their main priorities were:

  • Welcome reception space for entertaining
  • Open plan with collaboration areas
  • Multiple offices & meeting rooms
  • Editing suite

Value added:

As Project and Cost Managers, the Making Moves team handled negotiations to ensure the space would be delivered on time and in ideal condition for Innocean’s fit-out, avoiding surprises that would add costs or delays.

The focal point we designed was a sleek barista coffee bar for entertaining clients or collaborating, surrounded by varied seating areas. We also built a dedicated “Edit Suite” video editing room to meet the needs of Innocean’s internal creative team.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client’s key stakeholders to create their ideal new West End headquarters. Meticulous planning and communication enabled the rapid implementation to align with their culture and business needs. Despite tight timelines, we delivered on schedule for Innocean’s growth trajectory. The impressive, functional and collaborative new workspace reflects the business’ innovative approach.
