Fitzrovia became a non-negotiable choice given its proximity to Oxford Street, where numerous merchants that Adyen works with operate.

Cultivating the Office Experience: Creating an office space that people genuinely want to be in holds significance. Katie discusses the fifth floor events space, complete with a bar and terrace. She also highlights the wellness suite equipped with Pelotons, the onsite barista, daily lunch provision, and a variety of snacks for Adyen employees to enjoy. Weekly events further contribute to a vibrant office culture.
