Making Moves Technical managed the delivery of a 10-week CAT-A to CAT-B fit out across 8,000 sq ft, with a strict programme to meet the client’s move-in deadline of May 2025, our team coordinated the landlord’s demise split works ahead of the fit out, ensuring no delay to the relocation schedule. We delivered a design that combined art-deco elements with Timothy James & Partners’ existing furniture to maintain brand familiarity while refreshing the overall look and feel. The front-of-house area includes a high-spec suite of meeting rooms designed for face-to-face client engagement, while the back-of-house features private booths with acoustic treatments and video conferencing to support confidential conversations.

The open-plan workspace was carefully planned to avoid physical separation of teams, promoting a collaborative atmosphere. A spacious tea point with relaxed seating anchors the office, offering a social hub for employees and clients alike.
