Motorway’s rapid expansion quickly led them to outgrow their Brighton office, requiring the acquisition of two additional floors in the same building. With previous success project managing the fit-out of their Fitzrovia office, Motorway once again turned to Making Moves Technical to bring their ambitious vision to life – focussing on bold branding, collaborative spaces, and innovative work environments.

VALUE ADDED

Motorway’s priority was to build a workspace which reflected them as a brand, to drive innovation and collaboration within their expanding team. We implemented a phased approach during the fit-out, tackling two floors at a time. This strategy was carefully chosen to ensure Motorway could continue to occupy their office space throughout the renovation period.

Having previously worked with Motorway on the execution of their London HQ, we had a strong understanding of their brand and brief from the outset. To ensure a cohesive aesthetic, we created a uniform design and integrated their brand identity throughout the entire office space by standardising the colour palette, materials, and branded elements to reflect their company’s values. Similarly to their London HQ, Motorway wanted to incorporate dedicated work and place spaces, including focus zones with soundproofed pods and large collaboration spaces complete with soft furnishings.
