LoopMe

• 7300 sqft • 100 people

LoopMe – a technology company that leverages AI to enhance brand advertising, sought our expertise to find and fit out their new London Headquarters. LoopMe needed a new workspace to enhance team collaboration and support the next phase of their remarkable growth trajectory. Given the innovative nature of their business, diverse collaborative working environments, breakout spaces and small meeting rooms all within a single-floor layout were essential considerations for the fit-out.

PRIORITIES

  • Maximum natural light
  • Single-floor office layout
  • Higher building specifications than the previous office
  • Increased number of small meeting rooms
  • Enhanced acoustic performance in meeting rooms
  • Diverse working environments, including dual-function touch-down tables
  • Expanded open-plan tea point and breakout area

VALUE ADDED

Our recent 9-week project involved managing an office relocation and fit-out for a client seeking to optimise their workspace. A key focus was sourcing an office which was flooded with natural light, due to their previous office being located on the lower ground and ground floors. The new office design centred on a single-floor layout, prioritising efficient space utilisation and improved workflow.

The combination of moving to a higher-specification building and fitting out the office, allowed for acoustic performance in meeting rooms, addressing the need for privacy and concentration.

To support various work styles and collaborative requirements, we incorporated an increased number of small meeting rooms. The design also featured a variety of working environments, including versatile touch-down tables serving dual functions, catering to different tasks and preferences.

An expanded tea point and breakout area were integrated, fostering informal interactions and providing comfortable spaces for relaxation and casual meetings. This thoughtful design approach aimed to create a more productive, flexible, and employee-friendly workspace.
