Depop were undergoing rapid growth, scaling from 300 to 600 people in a short time. Making Moves advised them on their Stay v Go to grow within their current space, and on alternative spaces that could accommodate current and future growth. We conducted a full workplace consultancy for them, to understand the size of the space required. Subsequently, we negotiated for the fit-out to be included at £nil cost (£3m), alongside flexibility at year 3, on cost effective terms.

Making Moves conducted a full workplace consultancy to advise on how to best use the space, in line with what their staff wanted. We helped Depop with their space planning, and suggested they should take space at 50% occupancy. We understood the Depop ethos of facilitating the circular economy of clothes, by finding them an office that required minimal alteration to suit their business requirements.
