Central Asia Metals, a base metal production business, approached Making Moves to find and fit-out new prestigious offices in Soho to accommodate 40 staff. We identified a 3,000 sqft character building and project managed the design to include collaborative work areas, multipurpose meeting rooms, and executive offices fitted with video conferencing capabilities. The new West End premises provides Central Asia Metals with a high-quality workspace solution that aligns closely with their brand vision.

Value Added

Working closely with Central Asia Metals, we identified a Grade A  building in Soho that met their location requirements. Our Technical team then project-managed the fit-out, delivering a flexible workspace that catered to their priorities. This included five meeting rooms equipped with video conferencing technology and a partition wall that unfolds to create a large boardroom when needed. Acoustic panelling was installed within the meeting rooms to ensure sound privacy, and two private offices were incorporated for the senior leadership team. An open kitchen/breakout space allows for lunch, meetings, all company announcements and in-person collaboration. 

Throughout the project, we provided guidance on space planning and interior finishes to realise Central Asia Metals’ vision for a contemporary, West End workspace. Our expertise in technical specifications and contractor management enabled us to deliver maximum value by meeting the brief on time and on budget.
