Making Moves were tasked with finding a space that could accommodate a high density of people to create a vibrant sales floor and to allow for future expansion.

Objectives:

  • To ensure a cost effective fit out of the new office to limit capital expenditure upfront

The deal we negotiated saved the client over £2m on rent alone. The Making Moves Technical Team successfully managed the fit out process and ensured the project was completed on time and in budget. The secured property allowed for expansion through additional floors being available, plus having a serviced centre in situ to allow for any short term requirements.
