Making Moves partners with Propel on People Leaders Breakfast

We recently teamed up with the fantastic team at Propel to host an exclusive event at the Groucho Club. The “People Leaders Breakfast” was designed to bring together professionals in people-focussed roles and create a platform for knowledge sharing and valuable insights.

This event marked the beginning of a series of networking events designed specifically for people leaders, including Vice Presidents, Heads of People, Chief People Officers, and People Directors. The aim was to foster an environment where these professionals could learn from their peers and exchange ideas and experiences.

Under the expert guidance of Propel founder Melina, the discussions revolved around a wide range of topics relevant to the workplace. From effective ways of working and managing teams to the future of offices and remote work, the conversations were engaging and thought-provoking.

The event drew attendees from esteemed companies such as Bionic, FX Digital, Our Future Health, MUBI, and HSBC. Key themes that emerged from the discussions and will continue to shape the ongoing network included leadership, trust-building, supporting staff, creating a workplace fit for purpose in 2023, and implementing best hiring practices.
