Making Moves appoints first Managing Director

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the journey of Making Moves. After five years of exemplary service as our Director of Operations, Sally Evans has been appointed as our new Managing Director. This promotion is a testament to our commitment to investing in our leadership team and reflects the remarkable growth our company is experiencing.

Sally joined Making Moves in 2019 as General Manager; she was soon promoted to Director of Operations, a role she’s held for almost four years. During her tenure, the business has undergone significant growth, with the team expanding from 7 to 35 members. Sally has been instrumental in managing this transition, ensuring the seamless operation of our business and fostering a strong, cohesive team environment as we continue to grow. As a long-standing member of our Board and Executive Team, Sally brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of Making Moves’ vision and values. Her transition to Managing Director is a natural progression, one that will undoubtedly propel Making Moves to new heights.

In her new role, Sally will work closely with Making Moves CEO & Founder, Tobi, to develop and implement long and short-term strategies, specifically ensuring that all departments align with the company’s overarching vision. Her responsibilities will span across the entire organisation, fostering cohesion and driving growth in every aspect of our business.
