Key requirements included excellent green credentials, multiple working areas like quiet zones and collaboration spots, grade A acoustics, and an outdoor terrace.

Value added:

Our search uncovered The Forge, Landsec’s first net zero carbon development, fitting Carbon ‘s brief perfectly. As the first tenant, we provided extensive support through the fit out approvals process and build, acting as a liaison between Carbon Clean and The Forge.

Working closely with the client, Making Moves Technical oversaw the design and delivery of the new space. We ran a comprehensive contractor tender to drive value and find the right fit out partner.

The office features a variety of spaces to support different working styles, from focussed desks to casual meeting areas. Meeting rooms boast advanced acoustics for privacy during meetings incorporating video conferencing. The multipurpose tea point also doubles as an All Hands Space. External terraces provide fresh air and views across the impressive London skyline, and the sustainability commitments are showcased in the eye-catching reception. Despite challenges as the first tenant of the Bronze Building, the Making Moves Technical team delivered a workspace where Carbon Clean can continue their eco-conscious growth was delivered on time.
