RESPECT AT MAKING MOVES

We expect everyone at Making Moves to be treated with respect, by each other and by the people we work with. Our team spends much of its time at viewings, site visits, client meetings and events, so this applies well beyond our office.

What We Don’t Accept

Harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination or abusive behaviour towards our team, from anyone, whether in person, by phone or online.

What We’ll Do

If it happens, we’ll take action. Depending on the situation, that may include changing who works with you, moving meetings, sending two people instead of one, limiting contact, or pausing or ending our work together.

Our team can leave any viewing, meeting or event where they feel unsafe, and we will support them.

If You Have a Concern

This works both ways. If you have a concern about how someone from Making Moves has behaved, please let us know at operations@makingmoves.london and we’ll look into it.
