Our long-standing client, Cleo, a rapidly scaling fintech and AI business, appointed Making Moves to support its relocation to a new 16,000 sq ft headquarters at The Gilbert, Finsbury Square. Having partnered with Cleo since 2019 – supporting moves from a live-work unit in Old Street through to the Tea Building, this project marked a defining step in their evolution.

Making Moves delivered a comprehensive end-to-end service, guiding Cleo through acquisition and delivery of its new Finsbury Square headquarters. Our agency team secured the 16,000 sq ft opportunity, aligning the building’s quality and location with Cleo’s long-term business objectives. Following completion, our Building Survey team provided technical oversight to ensure the property was fully aligned with the client’s requirements before works commenced.
Making Moves Technical managed a full CAT A to CAT B refurbishment within a 14-week programme. Working alongside Thirdway as contractor, we coordinated the installation of new furniture and advanced audiovisual systems to support a highly connected workforce.
Throughout the delivery phase, we collaborated closely with Cleo’s leadership team – balancing strong design direction with operational functionality. The completed space is a sophisticated, design-led workplace that signals Cleo’s brand progression while meeting the demands of a high-performing fintech business. Delivered on time and within budget, the headquarters provides a scalable platform for continued expansion, enhances day-to-day collaboration and helps attract and retain top talent.
