HiBob

• 16500 sqft • 120 people

HR experts, Hibob, had outgrown their previous office and needed a space that would support their rapid expansion and meet their international collaboration needs. They moved to the Buckley Building and instructed Making Moves Technical to project manage their fit out. Continue reading to learn how we assisted HiBob in creating an office where their employees could thrive.

Priorities:

  • In-person collaboration areas
  • Zoom rooms for international collaboration
  • Hybrid models & flexibility
  • Dedicated wellbeing rooms
  • Private areas for confidentiality

Value added:

Hibob had spent the last two years in an office that could only accommodate half of its team, resulting in many staff working remotely. They wanted the new space to bring employees together, highlighting the benefits of in-person interaction and collaboration.

Over 12 weeks, Making Moves worked with contractor Whitepaper to create an open-plan space with multiple breakout areas, a large kitchen, high-spec meeting rooms, reception, and a wellbeing room. We challenged the brief throughout, proposing cost-effective alternatives to stretch Hibob’s budget without compromising quality.

As the office focussed on collaboration, numerous meeting rooms provided confidentiality. Sound-proofed and set up for hybrid working, they incorporated working pods for independent focus. With Hibob’s head office is in Israel, the All Hands area included streaming equipment and AV to broadcast announcements. This section has tiered seating and long tables for company-wide meetings.
