Introducing the Making Moves Graduate Scheme! A two-year placement at London’s most exciting commercial property company, with the opportunity of a permanent role on completion. Focused on leasing and letting, the graduate rotation role will have exposure to our various services, supported and guided by an APC supervisor. If you’re interested in a career in commercial property but aren’t yet sure of your niche, a graduate position is the perfect starting point. Making Moves London is a seven year old property consultancy based in Shoreditch. Our team comprises of 27 current employees with a view to now growing the team extensively over the next five years. We are continuing to shake up the property industry, with our modern approach to advising creative, fashion and technology companies on their office moves across Central London. WHAT TO EXPECT

You will follow the Commercial APC pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICs). Throughout the programme you will take on rotations across the business, helping to deliver on a broad range of projects for our clients. This will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain practical experience.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Training for your APC will be delivered through a combination of workshops, shadowing of team members, online learning and self-study. You will experience mentorship from experienced individuals within the Making Moves Team and receive support from your counsellor.

ELIGIBILITY

To apply, you will need to be on track to achieve a 2:1 in an RICS-accredited undergraduate degree or a degree in any subject and an RICS-accredited MSc in Real Estate.
